Section 15
Post Number Determination

(1) The commission shall determine the number of posts to be filled through open competition, promotion or other methods as mentioned in such law in accordance with the percentage mentioned in the law relating to the conditions of such service while filling the vacant posts of the federal civil service.
(2) In accordance with sub-section (1), the commission shall determine the number of posts to be filled through open competition, as stated in the law on conditions of service, in accordance with the principle of proportional inclusion.
